Michaels is seeking a team member in a public retail setting to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions while handling a fast and friendly checkout. You will participate in unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store in-stock and well-merchandised.

Responsibilities include promoting rewards programs, enrolling customers, and supporting omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Work hours may include nights and weekends; 16+ years old required.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store condition with merchandise recovery and in-stock availability.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
