Job summary

North Atlantic Service is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume seasonal hiring for snow removal operations. This role offers 15–25 hours per week with flexibility during normal business hours, and a season from October through March with potential extension.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, onboarding new hires, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and staff.
