North Atlantic Service is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our high-volume seasonal hiring for snow removal operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources.

Responsibilities include screening applications, onboarding new hires, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS software (Indeed, Paylocity, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and reviewed.
• Communicate with candidates and staff about next steps and onboarding needs.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers or recruiters.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

North Atlantic Service is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our high-volume seasonal hiring efforts for our snow removal operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources.

• Pay Rate: $16 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hours: 15 – 25 hours per week,with flexibility to accommodate different schedules within normal business hours.
• Schedule: This is a seasonal role expected to last October through March, with the possibility of extension.

What You'll Do:

• Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, processed, and reviewed correctly.
• Communicate with candidates and returning staff regarding next steps and onboarding needs.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers or the recruiter.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
