North Atlantic Service is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our high-volume seasonal hiring for snow removal operations. This role is ideal for an organized, motivated candidate seeking hands-on experience in recruiting and HR.

Pay rate is $16–$24 per hour, 15–25 hours per week, October through March with the possibility of extension.

You will review applications, assist onboarding, contact candidates, schedule interviews, and provide HR administrative support.

Qualifications

• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, processed, and reviewed correctly.
• Communicate with candidates and returning staff regarding next steps and onboarding needs.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers or the recruiter.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Pay Rate: $16 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hours: 15 – 25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate different schedules within normal business hours.
• Schedule: This is a seasonal role expected to last October through March, with the possibility of extension.
