Job summary

Business Resources One in Macedonia, Ohio seeks a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring readiness during peak seasons. You will respond to applicants, screen candidates, hire essential team members, and assist HR with onboarding.

Based in Macedonia, the role supports the sales team in summer and maintains a safety-focused culture with strong training. In-office schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, plus Saturdays Oct–Jan 9am–2pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening.
• Green Industry or Snow & Ice Management experience is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• In-office work schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, Saturdays 9:00–14:00 Oct–Jan.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting by responding to applicants, screening candidates, and facilitating hiring.
• Hire winter personnel including snow shovelers, salt truck drivers, loaders, and subcontractors.
• Manage seasonal recruitment to meet winter demand.
• Assist HR with onboarding processes.

This vital Recruiter role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment of seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational readiness during peak seasonal transitions. In this role, you’ll actively respond to applicants, screen candidates, and hire essential team members, while also supporting human resources with onboarding processes. During the summer season, this position pivots to assist the sales team with prospective new clients and companies.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts by responding to applicants, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Hire critical winter personnel, including snow shovelers, salt truck drivers, loader operators, and subcontractors.
• Manage seasonal team member recruitment to meet the high demands of the winter season.
• Assist the Human Resources department with seamless employee onboarding.
• Collaborate with the sales team during the summer months to engage prospective new clients and companies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and candidate screening.
• Green Industry or Snow & Ice Management experience is considered ideal for this role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strictly required.
• Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Availability to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm from October through January.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary.
