Start dates are anticipated in November, December and January, with a requirement of at least three 8-hour shifts per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience handling customer service functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to work a consistent part-time seasonal schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions at the rental counter.
• Verify rental agreements and reservations and assist with exchanges and returns.
• Explain rates, charges, and service options clearly to customers.
• Assist with directions and local information for customers.
• Prepare all rental documents accurately and complete.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to maintain customer loyalty.
