Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify items found in returned vehicles and log them in Lost and Found.
• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Inquire about service and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check incoming vehicles for damage and direct to the damage/loss report counter.
• Verify fuel level when returning a vehicle.
