Job Summary Details:

The Parking Cashier is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Shift:

Schedule will be event-based.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
3. Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
4. Provide quick and responsive customer service.
5. Follow all company procedures and comply with safety regulations.
6. Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
7. Match visitor tickets to parking rate schedules and collect proper payment, including correct change.
8. Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
9. Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within the cashier drawer.
10. Perform revenue drops following location procedures.
11. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
12. Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required.
13. Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
14. Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.
