Job summary

The Michaels store in San Antonio is hiring for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and in-store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS orders, fulfilling customer requests, and supporting safety programs while adhering to SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Ability to learn store procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Stock and recover merchandise; maintain in-stock shelves.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs.
• Interact professionally and be a positive role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
