Illien's Candies, Inc. is seeking an Order Puller for our Green Bay warehouse. You will pull boxed product to fulfill customer orders and operate powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. This seasonal, full-time role requires attention to detail and accuracy in counting and reviewing orders.
Responsibilities include reading orders, palletizing for shipment, and assisting in training new employees. Prior warehouse experience is helpful; high school diploma required.

The purpose of the Order Puller position is to pull boxed product from warehouse to fulfill customer orders. Must have the ability to accurately count and review customer orders for accuracy. Must be able to operate powered equipment such as: Forklift, or Electric Pallet Jack.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The work environment is climate controlled.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to fingers; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
This position is considered full-time. Both mandatory and voluntary overtime will be required to meet business needs. Schedule is subject to change with or without notice.
Occasional travel to other warehouses may be required.
