Job summary

Eillien’s Candies, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Quality Technician for a full-time position on the 3rd shift (8 PM–6 AM). The role ensures finished products meet specifications by controlling in-process parameters and performing quality checks.

You will perform label verification, product weight checks, allergen testing, packaging reviews and GMP inspections, while supporting training of new employees in a climate-controlled facility.

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal.
• Experience training new employees is helpful.
• Prior knowledge in food safety is desired.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to allergens, moving mechanical parts and vibration as well as equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The work environment is climate controlled.

Physical Demands

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Full time hour schedule is subject to change with or without notice. Mandatory or voluntary overtime may be required to meet business needs.
