Job summary

Herff Jones is seeking a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk to join our Customer Service team in Arcola, IL. The role focuses on entering and verifying orders for cap and gown products and related materials, with overtime during peak season.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will ensure accuracy and timeliness of paperwork, coordinate with staff, and maintain orderly files and processes. A high school diploma and data entry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders accurately in the business system.
• Verify order details against paperwork and policies.
• Coordinate with team to resolve questions and missing information.
• Organize paperwork and maintain office supplies.
• Assist with scanning and filing and mailings.
• Learn team duties to provide coverage during absences.
