ALO in Aspen, CO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding visual standards.

The role requires 1+ year of client-focused retail experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work up to 20 hours per week during the seasonal schedule. Base pay is $21/hour with monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement around store floors and back of house.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for long shifts.
• Desire to achieve results and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to meet budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities needs.
• Promote a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising placement.
