Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Boulder, CO to deliver exceptional guest experiences and bring the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will drive inventory accuracy, assist with shipments, and maintain visual standards while building customer loyalty.

The role is part-time non-exempt, with up to 20 hours per week during peak periods and a Blackout period coverage requirement. Perks include employee discounts, incentives, clothing allowance, and Wellness Club access.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Requires constant movement around the store.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supplies management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Analyze store metrics and assist in business-driving initiatives.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
