Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards. The role supports peak-period goals with authentic service, product knowledge, and teamwork across the store.

The position is part-time (up to 20 hours/week) with eligibility for monthly store incentives and a clothing allowance. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining high energy on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric sales & operations role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on the move across the store.
• Willingness to work part-time during peak season and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership on budgets, expenses and inventory needs.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Move dynamically to assist guests and fulfill business needs.
• Follow operations directives with the Visual Management team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment.
