Job summary

Brobston Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run daily store operations, including inventory processing and stockroom organization. This role is primarily non-selling but may assist customers as needed to support sales floor needs.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, RFID inventory activities, transfers, and replenishment; maintaining organized stockrooms and ensuring accurate stock on the sales floor; and supporting front- and back-of-house

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform moderately physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, markdowns, tags, and RFID inventory activities according to company guidelines.
• Manage transfers and ship-to-home orders, replenish merchandise, and maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when working on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, maintain store and fitting room standards, and participate in visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Be able to move around the store, lift or climb with loads up to 30 pounds, and perform moderately physical tasks.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
