Job summary

ALO seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the ALO Brand Mission. Through product knowledge and personal service, this role drives operational excellence and guest loyalty.

The role requires movement on the sales floor, inventory tasks, replenishment, and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors to keep operations efficient.
