Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipment and receiving processes, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor. The role requires active movement, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset to drive loyalty and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement required in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.
• Desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Work with budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities teams to maximize operations.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service.
• Assist in processing shipment and product flow, including visual merchandising.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
