Job summary

ALO at Southpark Mall in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand execution. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, visual standards, and efficient operations across the store.

This role requires up to 20 hours per week during the holiday season blackout period. ALO perks include monthly incentives, clothing allowance, and Wellness Club membership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around all store areas; able to stand entire shift.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, reporting, and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Ensure a safe, efficient stockroom and store environment.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Drive business metrics and customer satisfaction through service excellence.
