Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client‑centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in and around store areas.
• Stand for an entire shift and stay engaged with guests.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities.
