Job summary

Moving Mountains Hospitality is seeking a Seasonal HR Staffing Coordinator to support our busy winter hiring season. This role is hands-on, organized, and focused on delivering a great candidate and new-hire experience from application to first day.

You'll work with our HR team and managers to keep recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and employee support running smoothly. On-site presence is required, with flexible hours (8–18 hours per week) and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proven HR Assistant or similar experience.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Flexible, dependable, and collaborative.
• Proactive problem-solving and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes by maintaining accurate records and information.
• Enter and update employment and status data for employees.
• Coordinate onsite HR projects, meetings, trainings, surveys.
• Schedule interviews, onboarding, and training activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely responses.
• Respond to questions and assist with staffing needs during peak seasons.
• Assist with uniform logistics for seasonal team members.
