Moving Mountains Hospitality is seeking a Seasonal HR Staffing Coordinator to help support our winter hiring season. This hands-on role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and on-site employee support, ensuring a smooth experience from application to first day.

You’ll work with our HR team in Vail and Breckenridge, with 5–20 hours per week and a flexible schedule. The job requires strong organization, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience/training
• Dependability, accurate scheduling, confidentiality, independence
• Experience as an HR Assistant or relevant HR/administrative role
• Flexibility to assist in any role during times of need
• Problem solving and proactive approach
• Highly responsive and solution-oriented; strong teamwork
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams and HRIS

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate HR records and information
• Enter/update employment and status-change data
• Coordinate on-site HR projects (meetings, training, surveys)
• Coordinate communication, onboarding, and training
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information
• Understand basic labor laws
• Ensure timely responses to employee queries
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Act with integrity and professionalism
