Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection in Hawaii is seeking a Bartender for a temporary seasonal position from December 23, 2026 to January 6, 2027. The base salary is $27.81 hourly, reflecting luxury service standards on the Kohala Coast.

As a key player in our vibrant venue, you will craft beverages, engage guests with personalized recommendations, and maintain accuracy in orders and payments while upholding Forbes-style service and safety standards.

Qualificações

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to obtain relevant state certifications (food handler, alcohol) as applicable.
• Ability to obtain a TB clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting guests in beverage and drink preparation, servicing of the bar area and the restaurant in an efficient and timely manner
• Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with beverages, ensuring high-quality service
• Be knowledgeable about the drink offerings and assist guests in choosing their beverages
• Comply with Mauna Lani/Forbes standards in the Bar and Restaurant outlets
• Contribute to F&B sales by knowing drinks, cocktails, spirits and menu items
• Take and input orders into Micros with correct timing and billing
• Prepare guest checks and collect payments
• Operate, maintain, and clean bar equipment
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
