Job summary

Auberge Mauna Lani on the Kohala Coast in Hawaii is seeking a Banquet Bartender to professionally prepare, mix, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests, including cart service in our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional drink knowledge and a welcoming, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences.

Prior bartending experience in a full-service resort is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Related hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain tuberculosis clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests, including cart service.
• Provide a welcoming, energetic and friendly interaction in a luxury resort setting.
• Demonstrate expert drink preparation knowledge and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
