Qualifications

• Experience on a production line or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to perform quality and production reporting on an hourly basis.
• Strong adherence to safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of production lines to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects to leadership.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards and keep areas clean and organized.
• Monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime and assist with line relief as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as demand requires.
