Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to support daily production on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will help ensure safety, quality, and throughput in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

The role requires performing hourly quality checks, documenting production reports, and maintaining GMP compliance. Shifts are 12 hours, with day or night rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum and preferred levels for field/position experience vary by role.
• Experience managing people or projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects promptly.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards; keep plant clean and organized.
• Manage raw material levels to minimize downtime and support line readiness.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Attend shifts as scheduled; work 12-hour rotations (days/nights) as required.
