Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Seasonal Production Operator to manage the daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality and throughput. You will complete hourly quality and production reports and perform visual product inspections to uphold Niagara’s standards.

Work includes adhering to GMP and food safety guidelines, maintaining housekeeping, and managing raw materials to minimize downtime. Shifts are 12 hours (day or night) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as demanded.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily on the production line, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly.
• Visually inspect product to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Report all quality defects to shift leadership.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and assigned zones.
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Be able to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as needed.
