Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Production Operator II to support 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will oversee line operation, perform minor equipment adjustments, and ensure quality with thorough reporting.

Strong safety awareness and ability to work across production areas are essential. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred Associate’s Degree.

Qualifications

• 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 Years – Experience in Position.
• 0 Year - Experience managing people/projects
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines
• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 Years – Experience working in Position
• 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production line equipment including palletizers, carton makers, sealers, drop packers.
• Perform minor adjustments to production equipment with prior approval.
• Accurately complete hourly inspection, quality and downtime reports.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Maintain housekeeping in all production areas and manage materials for continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
