You will instruct riders, assess abilities, assist with equipment, and maintain trails and gear, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service; outdoor work and hospitality skill development await.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years in a stable environment.
• Horseback riding knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided horseback riding tours and activities according to safety procedures.
• Instruct riders on handling, mounting, dismounting, and trail etiquette.
• Assess riders’ abilities and match them with appropriate horses when authorized.
• Monitor guests, horses, and trail conditions during rides.
• Ensure riders wear helmets and proper safety gear.
