Crystal Mountain is seeking energetic Retail Associates to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, helping guests find the right products for mountain adventures and handling transactions at the point of sale.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, inventory tasks, and maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere while representing the Crystal Mountain brand and its commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and growth-minded in a resort setting.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and assist with product selection.
• Build connections and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Recommend apparel, equipment, and resort merchandise.
• Educate guests on features, sizing, and use.
• Process transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
