Crystal Mountain is seeking energetic Retail Associates to join our on-mountain team. You will greet guests, assist with product selection, and process transactions while maintaining appealing merchandising standards.

This winter seasonal role requires excellent communication and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly wage and resort perks are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service by greeting customers and assisting product selection.
• Merchandising, stocking, and inventory support on the sales floor.
• Operate POS transactions and process returns/exchanges per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Retail team to meet department goals.
