Crystal Mountain is seeking energetic, dependable, and guest-focused individuals to join our Rental Team. As a Rental Cashier, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and efficient rental experience from check-in through equipment return.

Qualifications

• Learn and use POS systems and rental software.
• Basic cash handling and arithmetic skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear, professional communication with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout the rental experience.
• Process rental transactions, purchases, reservations, and payments at POS.
• Help guests select equipment based on age, ability, terrain, and conditions.
• Suggest upgrades and add-ons such as helmets and apparel.
• Answer guest questions about pricing, policies, and services.
• Maintain accurate guest information and waiver completion.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
• Assist with online reservations and modifications.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure equipment is prepared.
• Keep cashier stations and displays organized.
