Job summary
Crystal Mountain is seeking energetic, dependable Rental Cashiers to join our Rentals team on the mountain. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, processing transactions and helping guests select equipment.
The role requires friendly, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while maintaining accuracy and guest service. This seasonal position offers opportunities to grow with a premier mountain destination and access employee perks.
Qualifications
- Energetic and guest-focused individuals with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and operate POS systems and rental software.
- Excellent cash handling and math skills; attention to accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional rental service from check-in through equipment return.
- Process rental transactions, retail purchases, reservations, and payments accurately.
- Assist guests in selecting rental equipment based on age, ability, terrain, and conditions.
- Recommend upgrades and add-ons and answer questions about pricing and policies.
- Maintain cashier stations, assist with online reservations, and help manage guest flow during peak times.
