CityMD is seeking a seasonal Patient Service Representative to warmly welcome and assist incoming patients. The role involves registering patients, coordinating with the team for timely service, and handling all related paperwork with care and urgency.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume setting. Flexible, bilingual skills may be preferred based on location.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Computer proficiency and fast keyboarding (55 wpm).
• Flexible to work in a changing environment and serve patients.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Organize and coordinate intake and appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork as needed.
• Scan, update and file medical records.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Process insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Handle cash and co-pays accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Inform site management of wait times and patient inquiries.
