Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Happy, welcoming, and can-do attitude with patients and coworkers.
• Experience in high-volume, high-intensity service environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Computer proficiency and typing speed around 55 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Coordinate patient intake and appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork completion.
• Scan and file medical records.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly.
• Process insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Handle cash and co-pays accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Inform site manager of waiting times and issues.
