CityMD is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a seasonal role in New York. You will greet patients, register them, manage appointments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual language skills based on site location.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Organizing and coordinating patient in-take and other appointments
• Accurately enters/updates patient information in system
• Assisting patients with completion of paperwork
• Scanning, updating and filing medical records
• Answering phone calls and patient questions promptly
• Processing insurance information and verifying eligibility
• Handling cash and co-payments accurately
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient
• Reporting wait times and inquiries to site management
