Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, safety systems, and appliances, and maintain daily upkeep such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.

You’ll handle maintenance calls and assist guests as needed, with duties expanding as required. Join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team and contribute to a welcoming environment at resort locations.

Qualifications

• Performs a variety of maintenance tasks across Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Proactive in scheduling and completing preventative maintenance activities.
• Familiar with basic facility systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall, and landscaping cleanup.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies supervisor of any issues.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
