Job summary

The Housing Trust Group, LLC seeks a Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property's appearance and proper operation. This working supervisor role involves hands-on maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and safety systems while directing the team.

The role includes supervising maintenance staff, scheduling, budgeting within guidelines, and planning preventive maintenance. It is on site with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience.
• Ability to directly supervise staff.
• Proficient in plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, carpentry, pools & spas, roofs and life safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of maintenance for the community as directed by Property Manager.
• Supervise staff providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Monitor and direct scheduling of maintenance personnel and vendors.
• Track inventory for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with planning and execution of preventative maintenance programs (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety).
• Ensure safety policies and PPE compliance.
