Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for AKA culture and brand with residents and team members.
• Maintain professional relations between departments and corporate leadership.
• Adhere to AKA policies and anticipate and complete responsibilities timely.
• Ensure maintenance team compliance with image and safety standards.
• Perform daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and safety across areas.
• Respond to resident and team member concerns and service requests promptly.
• Train new maintenance staff and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage; other duties as assigned.
