Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Professional is the heart of the back of house operations in a Tiffany store. Provides exceptional client service, order fulfillment, inventory management and ensures merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales; support store sales plans; capture data during client interactions for outreach.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments; act as a Tiffany brand ambassador and apply TEI feedback to improve hospitality and service.
• Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service; manage daily tasks like order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
