Coach in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with friendly, efficient customer interactions and precise cash handling. You will help keep the sales floor organized, process shipments, and support visual merchandising updates to ensure a premium brand experience.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to maintain Loss Prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
