Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will welcome clients, process transactions accurately, assist with stock, and support merchandising updates while maintaining loss prevention standards.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer and POS familiarity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience or cashiering in luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
