Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season. You will deliver high-touch client service, assist clients, merchandise, and handle POS and gifting tasks to drive sales and service.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, boxing and wrapping, assisting with engraving, managing waiting lists, and supporting store operations and inventory tasks during the seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays during the seasonal period.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients on the sales floor, delivering personalized and hospitable service.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Assist with engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Support operations and inventory tasks, including special projects to ensure smooth store operations.
