Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Support to serve as a brand ambassador during the holiday season, delivering hospitality-driven client experiences on the sales floor. You will assist the sales team and store operations with POS, wrapping, and keeping hospitality areas welcoming and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven client service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and serve a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, creating personalized and memorable experiences on the sales floor.
• Support hospitality areas, keep them stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Assist with engraving stations, manage floor waiting lists, and communicate service issues to management.
• Box and wrap purchases, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and perform POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations team with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory counts, and special projects.
