Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support team member to represent the brand and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. This role supports sales, hospitality, and store operations.

You will welcome and assist clients, support the engraving station, keep areas stocked and organized, and assist with boxing, POS functions, inventory, and special projects. The position requires prior retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and serve a diverse client base.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized hospitality and service.
• Support the engraving station and manage the floor waiting list when applicable.
• Keep hospitality areas, point-of-sale stations, and sales floor areas stocked, clean, and organized.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, point-of-sale functions, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support operational policies and procedures.
