Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Sales Support team members in Los Angeles to help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. You will assist sales, service, and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting at a premier luxury retailer.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting hospitality and services, and ensuring the sales floor remains organized and inviting. Prior retail experience and the ability to work non-traditional hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver a personalized experience consistent with the brand.
• Support hospitality amenities, engraving, waiting lists, and communication of potential service issues.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, replenish point-of-sale and gifting supplies, and keep sales areas neat and organized.
• Support store operations, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.
