Ideal candidates are experienced in luxury retail, with strong communication skills and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role supports store operations and client experiences in California.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, client service, and prioritization skills are essential.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and assisted for a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list accurately when needed.
• Ensure hospitality area is stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate any potential service issues to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping POS areas neat.
• Support operations with policies and aftersales servicing to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
