Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during the holiday season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver the luxury shopping experience across store areas, including POS transactions and service escalation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer-centric roles, familiarity with retail tech, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-centric role with selling experience.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at entrances and in departments.
• Work in different areas as needed.
• Process POS transactions as required.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences as needed.
• Suggest services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, or delivery.
