Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our team during the holiday season, welcoming clients and guiding them to the right associates. You will contribute to a magical shopping experience by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus and directed to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in various store areas based on business needs and assist with POS transactions.
• Assist with BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and on-duty Managers.
• Support fitting room experiences and proactively suggest services like alterations, personalization, or delivery.
