Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience across store areas. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver exceptional customer service during peak season.

You will welcome clients, support various departments, process POS transactions, and collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. A strong emphasis on upsells and personalized services drives the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and departments.
• Shift to appropriate associate as needed.
• Process POS transactions as required.
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers to management.
• Follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations team.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Suggest services like Alterations, Personalization, Food/Beverage, delivery.
